What should be the diet after a workout for weight los

Think I’ll lose weight faster if you eat after a workout? Think again. To unsubscribe from post-workout nutrition ( diet especially) in no event it is imposible. Eating the right foods after a workout can actually push your metabolism to burn more calories. It helps to follow these rules.

Rules of post-workout nutrition

1. Eat in the near future: the best time to have a snack — even before training “crush” will disappear. Meals after exercise (moderate to intense) within 30 minutes will help the body use food as fuel, spent

renewing your muscle’s supply of glycogen.

2. What can I eat after a workout . Eat a lot of carbohydrates (and a little protein): carbohydrates are converted into glycogen, which is necesary for the muscles, consequently focus on getting 1 — 1.5 grams of carbohydrates per kilogram of body weight; for example, a woman weighing 60 kg should aim to eat approximately 60 – 90 grams of carbohydrates. Add to that the 10 — 20 grams of lean protein to help muscles recover (bonus: protein will help reduce sorenes after a workout).

Do not forget that each gram of carbohydrates and proteins — this is four calories, so if you want to recuperate and lose weight, eat half the amount of carbohydrates within 30 minutes after workout, and then consume the rest of the next meal. 3. Don’t overdo it: if you are to lose weight or maintain your weight, don’t use your workout as an excuse to “take off” after exercise. If you don’t sweat a lot or do not feel shortnes of breath and increased heart rate during exercise, you most likely don’t need to make a snack to recover.
