His plans for the season 2015 with readers of the “IRON WORLD” shared Christina Roldugin, 2-times champion of Moscow, 2-time bronze medalist of Rusia, the absolute winner of the tournament “Serving Rusia”, the finalist of the tournament Grand Prix Fitnes House.

J. M. Each athlete preparing for a competition given in different ways: somebody better, someone more difficult it is affected by a number of factors. Tell us how You obey “iron” Olympus?

K. R.: Preparation for competitions is an integral part of my life, because the goal that I have set for themselves, understands under an action for its implementation, therefore an intense workout and appropriate nutrition is not a burden but a joy! Not to say that everything is very easy but I like it.

J. M. Cristina, all athletes know that a beautiful body is not an easy task! How to motivate ordinary people to break the usual habits in life?

K. R.: Saying that you should not expect quick results and enjoy the proces of transformation: as the body is gradually changing, and with it strengthens willpower and spirit.

J. M. Love to experiment in the proces of training with exercises or is it always a clear plan?

K. R.: I Try not to deviate from the program, compiled my mentor, but now, when scheduled events are not so close, you can experiment with load, performing exercises with supersets, trisetum or in a circle. Also intuitive practice training, as well feel, what muscles need to work in a particular day.
